Russia Travel - Explore Russia with Travel to Russia agencyPayment OptionsPayment Options - Credit CardsWe accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Diners Club and JCB. A handling fee of 3% is applied to all credit card charges. You can choose between paying by your credit card online (via paypal system) or filling out a special form to pay offline. The credit cardholders authorization form should be filled out with your credit card information, billing address, the amount to be charged, signed and sent by fax to one of our offices. After the amount is charged, we shall confirm the payment with a receipt and/or invoice. Payment Options - Bank TransferYou may pay by bank transfer in US dollars directly onto our bank account. After you make your order, your personal travel manager will send you the bank details and detailed instructions on how to make the transfer. Payment Options - Cheque to our American officeYou may send a cheque to our American office to confirm your reservation. Payment Options - Cash in MoscowAll tours are booked on prepaid basis! It is only possible to pay in cash if you have a representative who can make the payment on your behalf.
