Amendment and Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservations

You may amend or cancel your hotel reservation for up to 7 business days before check-in date. Cancellations made in 7 to 3 business days incur a penalty of $25 per booking. Amendments or cancellations made later than 3 business days before check-in date are considered no-shows and are not refundable. We do not charge any fee for extension of your stay if the hotel is available for dates requested.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy for Apartments Reservations

Cancellation/Adjustment Policy:
Cancellation/changes made between 14 working days and 7 working days prior to the date of check-in incur a $15 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations made less than 7 working days before date of check-in incur a $30 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations/date adjustments made less than 7 calendar days before date of check-in are treated as no-shows and incur a penalty of one night’s stay fee. We do not charge any fee for extension of your stay if the apartment is available for dates requested.

Check-in/check-out rules: Regular check-in time is after 2.00PM and regular check-out time is noon (12.00PM). Early check-in & late check- out is additional 50% of one night's stay if apartment is vacant. Notice! This fee can be collected in cash on the spot.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy for Tours

You may cancel your reservation any time by calling us by phone or sending us an e-mail. The amount to be refunded is determined according to the Refund Schedule below, excluding the 15% non-refundable reservation fee (e.g. bank transfer charges, shipping). Under certain circumstances visa fee and reservation fee might be returned. If we have not processed your visa yet or managed to cancel and return your tickets without penalty, we will be glad to return the difference. The refund will be debited to your account (same method as used to pay) within 14 business days upon receipt of your cancellation notice.

85% - 60-41 days before the tour start date
70% - 40-25 days before the tour start date
50% - 24-15 days before the tour start date
25% - 14-7 days before the tour start date
0% - 6-0 days before the tour start date

Amendment and Cancellation Policy for Transfers

You have an option of changing or canceling this transfer for up to 3 business days prior to your transfer time. If the transfer is canceled after this deadline or in case of a no-show we will have to charge you a full transfer cost and it will appear on your payment statement accordingly.
